Elie - great speech! You were really "in the moment" and were inspiring with your deep and heartfelt message. You used your voice especially well, and used pauses very effectively for emphasis. Your gestures and eye contact were outstanding! Some movement away from the lectern would have enhanced the speech even more. Great job!
